Aleshea Jones; LMFT 130903; LPCC 12850. I strive to create a safe space where you can process your emotions and just be yourself. Sometimes, we go through life with a mask on pretending to be or feel something we are not. That burden can be crushing and devastating. My hope is for each of my clients to be able to be their true selves without shame. My client focus consists of adolescents and young adults. However, I am equipped to support all ages 13+. Primary diagnoses include depression, generalized anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, feelings of being misunderstood, co-dependency, and risky behaviors.
