I am EFT and Gottman trained, and am highly motivated in working with individuals, couples and families who want to consider their own role(s) in the way their life and relationships are turning out. Whether it's managing anxiety or depression, recovering from an affair, pursuing an open relationship, or navigating the challenges of parenthood, I'll create a comforting space for you to work on whatever's on your mind.
