I am a bilingual (Portuguese and English) holistic psychotherapist licensed in Georgia with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, depression, self-esteem, and self-confidence. I integrate holistic health, a mind and body approach, and mindfulness into talk therapy to help individuals regain clarity and enthusiasm. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. In our first session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where they can openly share their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.
