“I’m fine” is the one of most common lies we hear. It's ok not to be ok. We are often shamed for being broken instead of asked how we fell apart. For sixteen years I suffered from an eating disorder that ultimately inspired my studies to help others who felt anxious, depressed, and insecure. Trauma is a fact of life but it does not have to be a life sentence. Humans are very resilient. Artwork is just like our ever-evolving journey; we are always learning, growing, and surprised by life. My focus is primarily client-centered; however, I use an eclectic approach to meet the needs of my clients.
