Neurodivergence doesn't show up alone, it often shows up with trauma, anxiety, depression, and OCD. This cluster of challenges is the logical byproduct of growing up in an environment that doesn't understand or accommodate us. By the time we are adults, we usually believe there is something fundamentally wrong with us, and are stuck in patterns we don't know how to resolve. My practice and training is dedicated to supporting clients at the intersections of these challenges.
