We all have stuff! I understand that every person has their own journey and I am privileged and invested in helping you start living an overall better life. I am dedicated in offering therapy that is personal. I treat you as the person you are, taking a human-centered approach to show up as a real person, regardless of titles, educational backgrounds, and clinical knowledge. In addition to individual therapy, I work with couples and families to address coparenting, family issues, premarital counseling, and sex and relationship counseling.
