As a therapist in the field for over 20 years, it’s my honor to witness an individual’s progress by encouraging them to embrace their emotional wounds and transform through their journey of healing. Everyone is on their own path, so I use an integrated approach to guide individuals through the complexities of life versus the label or diagnosis. My forte is around transitional age 16-24 and 55+, complex trauma and men’s mental health.
