Hi. If you’re on this page, you’re likely considering whether or not to try therapy (you should). Or, maybe you’re shopping for the right fit. Congrats on taking that first step. Whether it’s me or someone else, I honor that commitment. I have been in the Mental Health field as a social worker for almost a decade. I have seen countless people suffering and many times, doing so alone. I continue to do my part to change that. As a clinical social worker, I have helped individuals with a wide range of concerns from depression and anxiety to learning how to navigate family and partner relationships. I am dedicated to reaching black and other communities of color in an effort to normalize and decolonize therapy. I am currently servicing only individuals at this time.
