I offer a Person-Centered, non-judgmental environment. I work with clients of all ages, from children, adults, couples, and families, to develop personal goals and find abilities with-in themselves, to achieve those goals. I believe in building a counseling based relationship to help clients have the best therapeutic alliance possible. I strive to help Clients learn coping skills and abilities to be able to manage their emotions both during and after counseling sessions.
