Are you experiencing emotional ups and downs and feeling like you are spiraling out of control, due to life events or stressors? Are you struggling with depression, anxiety or have recently lost a loved one and you are struggling to get through? Are you sober but struggling with triggers and relapse or the potential to relapse? Everyone goes through ups and downs, learning to overcome negative thoughts and behaviors is a struggle, but you are not alone. My primary method of counseling is using Person-Centered Therapy, which means you run the show and I help guide you in a nonjudgmental atmosphere where you will feel heard and understood. I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings including working with victims/survivors of Intimate Partner Violence, IPV and DUI offenders and vulnerable populations.
