People often work with me who are exhausted from carrying the trauma of their past. So many of us struggle with conflict, negative thoughts about ourselves, and feeling anxious. Healing from trauma isn't about fixing you, it's about learning to feel safe again. We can work together to learn how to trust yourself, establish boundaries in relationships, and learn to be happy in your present moment. I specialize in helping people overcome the impact of narcissistic abuse, sexual trauma, relationship issues, PTSD, and complex trauma.
