Whether you've lost yourself to an addiction, a relationship, or a difficult situation, therapy offers an opportunity to rediscover who you are. First, I provide a space where you feel heard and understood. My job is to earn your trust. Once established, I draw on evidence-based interventions to help you reconnect with your sense of purpose and meaning.
