Welcome! I'm Alex (she/they). I am most passionate about working with women and queer adults that are seeking support with neurodiversity, body image, grief, sexuality, & spirituality. I am Health At Every Size oriented and enjoy working with those that have lived experience as a fat or plus-sized person. I am often a good fit for the caretakers of the world that may be experiencing burnout or compassion fatigue. I enjoy therapeutically supporting individuals as they explore, reclaim, and connect with their spirituality; I am open to working with all forms of spirituality (and religion, if applicable). Witchy folks welcome! I believe that therapy is political and will acknowledge the systems of oppression within our work together. My goal is to provide you with a safe container to receive and embody self-compassion, radical acceptance, and curiosity for all parts of you. My approach to therapy is holistic and relational with an intersectional feminist lens. No blank slate here!
