I offer a nonjudgmental, authentic, actively engaged approach with all of my clients. I bring empathy into every interaction I have with every person & I operate from an abolitionist, anti-oppressive perspective. I incorporate the Liberation Health Framework into my work, paying close attention to how oppression/systems affect everyone's experiences moving through the world. My identity as a queer mixed race woman of color strongly influences my practice and work with clients. I have experience working with BIPOC/TGNC communities, disenfranchised & marginalized identities, and folks navigating mental health challenges.
