Therapy doesn’t have to feel super clinical. My goal is to make it feel like sitting down with someone who truly gets you. I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating trauma, ADHD, and substance use recovery. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck—overwhelmed by past experiences, struggling with executive functioning, or working hard to maintain their progress in sobriety. If that sounds familiar, you're not alone. Whether you're dealing with ADHD, anxiety, or the impact of trauma, I offer a laid-back, down-to-earth space where we can explore what’s getting in your way and how to move forward. I use a blend of EMDR, CBT, and other evidence-based approaches, always tailoring therapy to fit your brain, your goals, and your lifestyle. I'm also LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodiversity affirming.
