In a world that constantly tells us who to be, it’s easy to lose touch with who we truly are. As a highly sensitive therapist, I understand how challenging it can be to hold space for all the feelings that come with that. We adapt, perform, and protect ourselves, often at the expense of our most curious, tender, and authentic parts. These lost parts, often rooted in childhood, help us feel joy, connection, and meaning. When we disconnect from them, we may feel anxious, stuck, or unsure of who we are beneath the roles we play.
