I work with men who seem to have it all together on the surface... But underneath, they're struggling. Asking themselves questions like, “Why am I so angry all the time?” or “Is this really how my life is supposed to be?” I help with life transitions, such as infidelity, parenthood, and career changes. I work with addiction, having professional and lived experience with substance abuse. If you have never "done" therapy, are coming only because you are being pushed into it by your partner or family, or are just at a breaking point... I'm your man. I also offer EMDR to support deeper healing and lasting change.
