Big feelings in little bodies can be overwhelming—for kids and their parents. If your child is struggling with anxiety, big outbursts, behavioral challenges, or hard life transitions, I’d be honored to help. I’m Alex Evans, a PLPC who specializes in working with children ages 5 and up to support their emotional health, strengthen their coping skills, and build a foundation for lifelong resilience. I use play-based, trauma-informed therapy to meet kids where they are developmentally and emotionally. Whether your child is dealing with worries, meltdowns, school issues, or difficult past experiences, I help them process those feelings.
