Welcome to the therapeutic space! My name is Alex Ferrara- a curious & compassionate counselor, and I’m delighted to be part of your therapeutic journey. My counselling approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, placing you at the heart of the therapeutic process. Together, we create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, & experiences. I'm a firm believer that our history does not determine our destiny, & my goal is to empower you toward a more bright, fulfilling future. As a person-centered counsellor, I provide a safe and empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts & feelings without judgment. I create individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's unique needs. My approach draws from trauma informed evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness.
