Hi! I’m Alex, a Licensed Master Social Worker. As a Social Worker, I have experience working with teenagers and adults navigating mental health challenges in inpatient, outpatient, and residential settings. After navigating pregnancy and the postpartum period myself (an experience that is equal parts awe-inspiring and wildly humbling), I developed a strong interest in supporting others through the joys and challenges of this transformative time. I also enjoy working with couples who want to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, or navigate life transitions together with greater clarity and connection.
