I am telehealth clinical counselor that is committed to authenticity and growth. My joy is working with adolescents, young adults, families and couples. Starting my work in the mental health field since 2015, I have seen the lasting impact of personal confidence building and healthy communication skills has on a family. You can expect to explore your daily routine, relational attachment style, and personal strengths. My ultimate goal is to get you to a place where you feel fulfilled from yourself and your relationships. While we will dig into some challenging topics, we will also have fun, laugh, and learn the art of being present.
