I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who completed my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Boston College. I have experience working in many settings and am passionate about empowering clients to build the lives they want to live. I have worked with many different needs and specialize in anxiety, coping skills, life transitions, self-esteem, stress, and career issues. Because of this, I use multiple evidence-based approaches to best support each client, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing to ensure treatment is client-centered.
