Hello and thanks for visiting! I've been a clinical social worker and counselor since 2010 and I provide therapy to individual adults, adolescents, couples (including folks in poly relationships), and family dyads. I work effectively with a broad range of people and concerns - whether you and I are similar in some ways or quite different! In case it helps, I do have particular experience working with queer and trans folks, Asian folks, people of color more broadly, and people dealing with abusive or unjust dynamics at school or work. Approaches I use include psychodynamic therapy, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems. I also offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) when needed. I also offer CBT-I, a behavioral treatment for insomnia. I strive to work towards values of social justice, anti-racism, sex/kink positivity, and size/fat affirmation.
