I help adults (18+) explore their inner worlds with compassion and curiosity. Clients often come to me navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, self-esteem challenges, self-identity or major life transitions like loss of a loved one, breakup/divorce or perimenopause/menopause. I provide safe space to land.
