You don’t have to have it all figured out to start therapy. Maybe you’re feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or just really tired of trying to hold it all together. I work with kids, teens, and adults who are navigating big emotions, big changes, or both. My style is calm, collaborative, and holistic — grounded in the belief that healing happens when we care for the whole person. We'll move at your pace, whether you're sorting through the past, learning new tools, or just needing space to breathe and be human for a bit. I support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, PMDD, BFRBs, ADHD, perfectionism, and life transitions. I use a mix of practical tools, body-based techniques, and creativity to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll shape therapy around what feels most helpful and meaningful to you.
