I love working with individuals who are eager to find a deeper connection to self and others. Many people who decide to start therapy feel ambivalent about the process, and may feel uncertain about change in general. That is okay. They may not be ready for change and may be coming to therapy in order to first find that motivation for change. They may be highly emotionally sensitive, but have never felt understood in their sensitivity. They want to feel heard, seen, understood because these are some of our innate human needs.
