I provide services to clients going through major life changes. Feelings of loss can control our lives and need to be processed to move forward. Losses are not always the traditional loss. They span across multiple domains of life such as marriage, a job, or loss of sense of purpose and meaning in life in life. Processing loss can be difficult, but my goal is to create a space where you are able to fully do so without fear or judgment.
