I specialize in anxiety, stress management, self-esteem, school-related challenges, and emotional regulation. I’m passionate about celebrating my clients’ resilience and working alongside them to unlock their potential and reach their goals. My approach is supportive, safe, and collaborative, giving you space to explore your emotions, build effective coping skills, and yes—have a little fun along the way! I love using education, conversation, movement, and art based on client preferences to assist in their therapy journey!
