I believe people make sense, and we treat ourselves the way others and the world has treated us. My ideal clients are those who have a difficult interpersonal and trauma history and experience guilt, shame, anxiety, depression, loneliness, panic, and suffering as a result. My clients often struggle with relationship/career issues, emotional experience, and personal expression. My style works best with clients who want an authentic interpersonal therapeutic relationship, and/or clients who want to do deep work involving understanding how their past relationships and experiences affect their present relationships and experience.
