My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I am an EMDR Therapist in training through an EMDRIA-approved program, and I integrate EMDR with relational, attachment-focused therapy. EMDR helps clients process experiences that talk therapy alone can’t always reach, especially when the body still reacts to events the mind believes are “in the past.” I support clients with practical coping skills, deeper emotional processing, and a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and affirmation. You set the pace, and we work together toward lasting change—not quick fixes. Clients often tell me they feel grounded, understood, and genuinely cared for in sessions. I provide a calm and validating environment where you can bring your thoughts, fears, grief, or questions without pressure. Together, we explore what’s happening for you and create a plan for healing that honors both your story and your strengths.
