I work with parents, children, families, and adults in English and Spanish. We can often feel overwhelmed with our life’s circumstance, feel at a lost about what next steps we can take, or as if we are suffering through painful patterns without an exit. Sometimes we are just trying to figure things out and need space. Sometimes parents and children need support due to the dynamics in their lives. I help people ground themselves, learn tools so that they can reflect on their life’s circumstance and figure out what constructive changes need to be made. I am a licensed clinical social worker with ten years of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges. My approach helps people figure out what they want to get out of therapy, we then tailor a plan to meet these expectations, and we problem solve the challenges that arise. I combine evidence-based techniques with compassion and support.
