I help adults who feel stuck in guilt, shame, and emotional overwhelm build self-trust and move forward with clarity. My goal is to help clients unpack the protective patterns that once served them but now feel limiting, building awareness and choice. My work is trauma- and shame-informed, helping you approach change with compassion rather than judgment. I also bring insight from my background in athletics as a former athlete and current coach to support those balancing performance, identity, and life transitions.
