Bad, scary things happen to every person at least once in their life. Some people seem to be unaffected by these things, while others, it can disrupt parts of their lives, if not all parts entirely. If you are ready to put the past behind you and not let it continue to sneak up into the present, then you have come to the right place. I provide therapy for all kinds of people. I am specifically trained in a trauma therapy called EMDR which helps people process these bad scary things so that they can get back to their lives without being pulled back into the past.
