Hi, I’m Alex, a Master of Social Work student at Arizona State University practicing under the supervision of a licensed LCSW. I’ve often found myself questioning the unhealthy areas of my life—from my first career in sales to relationships that no longer served me. Life throws challenges our way, and we can’t always face them alone. I had to pivot and ask for help—I’m glad you’re doing the same. I’m passionate about helping young people, especially children and teens. My work in schools (K–5) and summer camps (ages 13–17) has helped me support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, anger, coping skills, and mindfulness.
