My approach is depth-oriented, meaning that I am always striving to help my clients identify and work-through the underlying root causes of whatever challenges or themes they are in therapy to address. In my experience, many persistent and challenging life patterns stem from early formative experiences that often lie outside of our conscious awareness. These experiences can continue to shape our emotions, beliefs, and behaviors in ways we don’t fully realize.
