My aim is to help you build connection and strength in your or your child's life. I especially enjoy working with people across the lifespan who have a trauma history, complex families, and difficulties with their mood. I've worked extensively with kids and adults dealing with depression and anxiety, as well as offered parental guidance sessions with parents of children aged 4-18 years old. I truly believe we can work together to build the life you appreciate.
