I understand how daunting it can be to reach out for help. My approach is centered around creating a safe, supportive and non judgemental space where we can explore your challenges, and work together toward healing and personal growth . For Individual, couples, and Marriage and Family Therapy. I also work with the LGBTQ Population as a specialty as well.
