Hi! My name is Alexa Bustamante, M.S., LPCC. If you are curious about gaining a deeper understanding into your inner experiences and/or relationships with others, I would love to support you in this process. I explore presenting concerns, maladaptive thought patterns/behaviors, and impactful core wounds through a series of modalities, a few being: Attachment therapy, Narrative therapy, Emotion-focused therapy, Psychoeducation, and DBT. I have experience in treating ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, OCD, social anxiety, PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, Grief, marital concerns, and Adjustment Disorder.
