There are many ways to treat patients effectively. The question people ask is which one works. This is something we will figure out together as there is no one size fits all approach. I provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space for your thoughts, worries, concerns, and hopes. My goal is to continuously provide psychological services that promote individual growth and psychological health. Psychological treatment first begins with clearly understanding and identifying your goals then establishing a treatment plan based on those individualized goals.
