I specialize in working with teens and adults with trauma, depression, anxiety, extreme mood swings, relationship challenges, and difficult family dynamics. I am also passionate about supporting the unique needs of the LGBTQIA community. I completed my clinical training at several hospitals including UCLA and Children's Hospital Orange County (CHOC), and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as well as Trauma Focused CBT.
