I'm so glad you're here. I'm Alexa Gelfand, licensed social worker. I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, grief, and loss. My practice also focuses on couples therapy, anxiety, depression, relationship or attachment issues, and LGBTQ+ issues. Using a trauma-informed and integrative approach, I offer a safe, grounded space where all parts of you are welcome.
