Life can be overwhelming, and it's normal to feel lost or disconnected at times. Sometimes our thoughts can feel too loud, our emotions too big to process on our own. Therapy is a place to move inward and learn to care for yourself in times of struggle and grief. I am here to provide grounding support whether you've experienced a loss, struggle with racing thoughts, or seek personal growth and healing. Together we will create a safe container for self-exploration to help understand and embrace all that is you. I approach this work with warmth and compassion and will meet you where you are on your healing journey. I am here to support and walk alongside you as we explore your symptoms and emotions. I am passionate about working with grief & loss, trauma, life transitions, and anxiety. I work with teenagers, pre-teens, and adults.
