I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults work through various life challenges. Typically, my clients are experiencing anxiety, depression, interpersonal difficulties, stress, low self-esteem, and new transitions in life. I strive to provide a comfortable, nonjudgmental, and supportive space for my clients to share their stories. My approach to therapy is eclectic, as I enjoy utilizing techniques from various interventions to best fit each clients unique needs. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, areas for growth, and how to better cope with the stressors in their lives.
