I am part of Handspring Health. We’re a modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults. I work with clients navigating anxiety or depression who want to feel more like themselves: calmer, more balanced, and more in control. They are looking for a warm, supportive space to show up authentically and feel truly seen and heard. Together, we build tools to manage emotions and shift thought patterns. Outside of therapy, I enjoy time with family, staying active, and getting lost in a good book.
