I believe everyone deserves a safe space to express themselves and their emotions. I aim to provide a welcoming environment for my clients to make them feel seen and heard. My goal is to support and encourage my clients in understanding any underlying problems and work together to develop coping strategies to become the best version of themselves. I have experience in educational and clinical settings with adults, children, and adolescents. I know every client comes from different backgrounds and has different life experiences. Therefore, I believe in using an array of techniques specific to the client.
