I’m a fully licensed clinical professional counselor in Las Vegas, NV. I have over a decade of experience working in community settings, and have practiced as a therapist for the last 6 of those years. I aim to blend empathy with evidence-based techniques to help clients achieve progress within their personal growth. In every session, my first goal is to create a safe space in which clients can discover what is necessary for them to lasting change and meaningful insight in their lives. My areas of expertise include: managing chronic health conditions, grief, navigating difficult family dynamics, burnout, anxiety, depression & other mood disorders. I’m a nationally certified GIP (Grief Informed Professional) and am training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) techniques for the treatment of PTSD and C-PTSD symptoms.
