I like to work with people to build an understanding of how they learned to be in relationships, how they relate to others, and how these patterns continue to repeat throughout life and in multiple relationships/settings. When we can illuminate unconscious material and integrate it into conscious awareness, we can have more choice in how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world.
