Whether you’re coming into therapy wanting to focus on something specific, or you’re looking for a safe space to explore yourself and the world around you, I will support you in navigating whatever comes up during our sessions. Together, we will explore concepts through a lens of curiosity and non-judgement, understanding the roots and reasons connected to why you’re having certain thoughts/feelings/sensations, rather than immediately trying to banish them.
