I became a therapist following a dream and my mission to help people navigate life. My goal is to help people find a true purpose and meaning in their life. We all strive to connect, be valued and appreciated and find a meaningful belonging with the people that are the most important in our lives. When that doesn't happen organically, we often experience distress and emotional disbalance. I help people reduce and eliminate these feelings and reconnect connections that are lost or missing. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults and couples.
