Do you find yourself waking up in the morning, going through the motions, unsure of what you’re doing it all for? Do you often feel like you’re on the outside of life looking in, like there’s an entirely different world waiting for you but you don’t know how to reach it? You’re tired of feeling this way and you want something to change. Maybe you’re carrying a wound caused by someone or something from the past, navigating grief after a loss, or feel that you’ve never had a place you truly belonged. If this sounds like you, I'd love to connect. As a therapist, I take a holistic approach to wellness and use a blend of relational-cultural theory and modalities like existential therapy, DBT, CBT, somatic experiencing, internal family systems, and attachment theory. I enjoy working with those in marginalized groups and those who live alternative lifestyles. I'm an ally for the LGBTQIA2+ community.
